Dr. Lizanne DeStefano is the Associate Dean in the College of Sciences, Executive Director of CEISMC, and Professor at the School of Psychology. As Associate Dean in the College of Sciences, Lizanne is engaged in efforts to improving the quality of teaching and the student experience such as the Commission on Creating the Next in Education.

Dr. DeStefano received her Ph.D. in educational psychology from the University of Pittsburgh in 1986.  A former special education teacher, Dr. DeStefano trained and practiced as a clinical and school psychologist.
